At the same time, we provide welding, polishing and various surface treatments such as sandblasting, anodizing, oil painting, powder coating, electrophoretic painting and wire drawing etc. The products mainly include various handles, such as equipment handles, door handles, switch handles, etc.; various brackets such as TV brackets, equipment brackets, table and chair brackets, electronic product brackets, etc.; various types of tubes such as fluid tubes, pressure tubes, heating tubes, etc. which are used for automobile industry, heat sink components and kinds of industrial equipments. Various types of connectors such as U-shaped connectors, 90-degree connectors, and quick connectors. The main processing equipments of CNC machining factory are CNC machining center and CNC lathe, producing all kinds of precision parts such as shaft, bushing, valve body and shell. The materials are mainly stainless steel (SS303 SS304 SS316 420 430...), copper alloy (brass, copper, bronze, beryllium copper...), aluminum alloy (AL5052 AL6061 AL6063 AL6082 AL7075...), plastic (ABS, POM) PEEK...), nickel-based alloys (Inconel series, Monel series, nickel-titanium alloys...), titanium alloys (TA1, TA2, TC4 ...), and other alloys.
